I like the fact that Mr Vincent Tucci is very fast with responding to his client. Unfortunately, some people are not good with responding quickly. He did respond to me quickly every time I had questions or concerns. Also he told me that as long as I listen to him, I would get the best result for my situation because each case is different. I liked that he told me so advance the same day that I called him for free consultation and signing up for him to be my lawyer, that exactly what steps I needed to take. For example: he told me to contact my insurance regarding the accident, he told me what DUI classes I need to take with the right person to take them, he told me the best place to take community service which is “Someone who cares soup and kitchen in Costa Mesa” and the MAAD course which was only 2 hours. And I did go through all that right away. Why not!? He advices me that even though I didn’t get charge for hit and run, the DA might still charge me which that happened! He helped to dismiss my case hit and run so I only got convicted for misdemeanor DUI and he even told me that after 3 years, he can help me to expunge it. Barbara is also very nice and professional the same as Mr Vincent Tucci. She is also very quick Witt responding her clients. Before getting a lawyer, some people told me that I don’t need a lawyer. But, it’s so much easier with a lawyer, quicker and not to forget about the peace of mind that comes with it. Thank you Mr Tucci and Ms Barbara 😊🙏

I was arrested for DUI - I blew a 0.09 BAC. I managed the DMV myself, but as I was getting closer to my trial date I realized that I really had no idea what I was doing and needed a lawyer. Vincent Tucci handled my case from initial contact to court room appearance. He was able to get me a 12 month probation with dismissal at the end of 12 months. What a relief. I thank Vincent for his expertise and hard work and really am glad he's there to help out idiots like me! PS: It has been a year + since my conviction. I have paid the fine and finished my probation. Vincent Tucci emailed me to inform me that was now eligible to have my conviction expunged and requested if I would like to proceed with that . I did and their office took care of the entire process. My record is now expunged and I am quite happy. Vincent and T&B did a great job for me. I am so glad I found them.

Mr Fucci Tucci is not a man of his word. First he did a shifty job representing me. De basically did nothing for me in my DUI. Promised this and that but did nothing. Second he said he would expunge my my due after probation and all courses completed. Years later I call him for expungment and he must be a girl with no b...s cause obviously he said he didn't say that. So I suggest you people go elsewhere and pick another attorney. Won't en take my calls and like a coward he let's his secretary do the dirty work with his clients. So beware people when choosing this lawyer. Its sad to see Men are not man of there WORD...

I don't know were to start but Mr Tucci was professional at all time he dint let me by my self he was by my side every step. If any one reads this let me tell you I was being charged of HIT AND RUN, RESISTING ARREST, and my B.A.C was .15 I was on some serious charges but Mr Tucci took care of it and I dint had to go to court and he got those charges dismissed. In this law firm you will get honesty and professionalism at its finest. His fees are reasonable and he will work with you. If you get a cheap lawyer you will get cheap results you canno go bad with MR TUCCI. 3 year update on my experience with BRADEN & TUCCI I couldn’t be any more happy Mr. Tucci he keeps his promise, he made a deal with me that he would expunged my case and he sure did, after 3 years he keep his word LITERALLY after, 3 years of probation he kept his word, with this firm you would get honesty and a great service.
