I am utterly amazed by Jeff Grimes, Lauren, Edina, and Sam Knolton. My experience with this firm is simply magical. There is no other way to explain it. I had never been in trouble with the law. Well, except for when I was caught racing on the highway when I was 16 (20 yrs ago). Community service in Alabama is awful, by the way. I was terrified!! Mr. Knolton helped to assuage my fear! I spoke with him for my initial consultation with the firm. He explained everything so well. He answered all of my questions so politely and truthfully. He explained the three things that could happen with my case. He was consulting with me on behalf of Jeff Grimes. Jeff Grimes is the most epically awesome lawyer in the universe!! There isn't enough praise, in the world, that can be bestowed upon him! October 4th, 2022, Jeff went in for my docket call to inform the judge that he was representing me. The very next day, Edina, Jeff's paralegal, called me. I was sure it was just to inform me of my trial date. She called and said Ms. Fowler, I have some good news! Mr. Grimes was able to get your case dismissed and expunged from your record yesterday. He spoke with the DA regarding your case and was able to convince her to drop the case!! When Edina told me this I didn't even fully process what she had said. I asked her to repeat it. I was sure she had my case confused with someone else, but she didn't. I said, "Wait, what did you just say? You have got to be kidding me! Wait, are you serious!?! ". I was in a state of ecstatic shock!! I ugly cried when we got off the phone. I 'ugly cry' very rarely. I can't recall any time in my life where I had sobbed from sheer joy, happiness, and relief of this burden. I requested to talk to Jeff in order to understand how he was able to get my case dismissed pre-trial, on a DOCKET CALL! He called me within the hour and explained how it happened. I continue to be in utter amazement with the skills of my lawyer! This was the first time I had ever spoken to Jeff on the phone. He was so personable, attentive, and polite. I was praising him during the entire phone call. I still wear a huge smile on my face everytime I think about his unbelievable ability and competence as a lawyer. Jeff's office is more than an hour away from my home. Even if his office were ten hours away, I will never choose anyone else to represent me. I am still stunned to this day. There aren't enough words in our language to explain how mesmerized I still am with Jeff and his team!
