I would have given less than 1 star if offered, for one when he was first hired I was incarcerated and he never came to see me he sent an investigator. He was a no show for my first court appearance. Also, he never wanted me to appear in court, stating that he would appear for me, which is legal but I wanted to know what was going on with my case. It was wise for me to appear at every hearing because he was working against me I have a record and he couldn’t move pass that being an ex district attorney even though I confessed my innocence. I provided him evidence and he claimed he lost it. Mr. kyle Humphrey kept telling me to get in touch with his investigator and when I did he didn’t know what I was talking about. I informed him that I wanted a speedy trial and he misinformed me on what they could do to me without a witness or a victim just on a statement that was made. After fully paying him to represent me I had to go outside of his firm for accurate information. He tried to have me pay 80k for a trial and said he needed 40 k down I went with someone else and they got the charges dropped in 2 court sessions and Mr. Lyle Humphrey had me convinced that if I didn’t agree to everything he wanted me to do that I was facing life. My opinion of Mr. Kyle Humphrey is if you don’t have a clean record he can’t or will not be willing to help you so keep your money in your pocket.
