James Rutherford is the Michael Jordon of Criminal Defense Attorneys in Southeast North Carolina. Melissa would be Scotty Pippen as it pertained to my charges. Let’s start with How? I am very close with a County Court Clerk in the area. Clerks are the pulse of the criminal justice system In which I found myself being held hostage. Let’s go to the Why? I needed my case to not see the “ In God We Trust” above the judges head on my first court date. Seemed impossible! Well Attorney James Rutherford made the impossible possible. Dismissed of all charges before my first court date. The sensitive position I hold in the community requires that my perfect record stays as is. Although it was not such a serious charge it must be expunged for me to create my dreams now and in the future. It was time sensitive and a very difficult task.
