Absolutely ruined my future and career when I was 19 and now I'm 27 and struggling because of TIM MARTIN'S lies. I was charged with a DUI with no Breathalyzer evidence or video evidence. Only verbal evidence. He did not care at all about my case or my future. He acted like supervision was the only way to handle this case when it CLEARLY should've been dismissed. NOOOOO EVIDENCE!!! but he was too lazy and ruined my career forever because he didn't care and I paid tens of thousands of dollars thinking he would try extra and I was in good hands. Tim Martin is absolutely horrible. He convinced me that "supervision" was a great idea. ATTENTION ALL THAT HE LIES TO! SUPERVISION REGARDLESS OF INNOCENCE CAN NEVER BE EXPUNGED IN ILLINOIS! NOT EVER! Do not let him convince you that this is a grand idea. IT IS A LAZY ATTORNEY IDEA. YOU CAN PAY THE SAME AT ANOTHE OFFICE AND ACTUALLY GET YOUR CASE DISMISSED. He is a money mill and does not give a care in the world and will try the very least. This awesome "supervision" he recommended (without any evidence against me) has followed me FORVER, 8 years later! I paid for a top quality lawyer because I was concerned about my future at 19 but years later I basically was better off pleading guilty. Its the same thing on your record. "Unfortunately, if you received supervision on a DUI charge you are not eligible to expunge or seal it. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
