I hired this firm to take care of a traffic matter for me in Orange County because I live about two hours away. The ticket was written in the wrong name from the registration even though I was the only individual in the car. When I spoke with the attorney for the consultation I was assured I would not have to appear in court if i singed an affidavit. When I was sent the affidavit there were multiple spelling errors that I had to correct before signing it and returning it to the office. In the end, both I and the other person on the registration had to appear in court. This was because there was a discrepancy between what the citation stated and what the attorney stated in court. They had to subpoena the Trooper to court. The attorney then showed up over a hour late to court and did not greet us or speak to us until our case was called. The ticket was dismissed due to the Trooper not appearing, but I should have saved my money and handled it myself. When I asked about an expungement, they wanted us to pay more for that than the ticket itself. Working in a law firm myself, this sounded ridiculous and the situation was not handled well. The only reason I am giving two stars is because London was a wonderful assistant.
