Was facing my first charge ever (DUI) and was very nervous/unsure of exactly what I could/should do. Mr. Precht & his team were very straightforward, understanding, and knowledgeable as to what might next steps were as well as what I'll be looking at getting it expunged down the road. 5-star from start to finish.

I thought these people really had my back when they didn’t they were just money hungry. These people didn’t turn in my minutes to the state and have my charges lowered like they granted me in court. I reached out a year later because I was pulled over by a police officer and they told me that it was still a felony on my name and all Tiffany did was send me the minutes that stated it wasn’t but nobody made sure that my record was adjusted to a misdemeanor for two years. I was out of work because of this law firm. When I reached out for a reimbursement because I was a “felon” , they told me to find another law firm as if I already didn’t for an expungement. Meanwhile, I had to discover while applying for my internship at a hospital that these people never got their job done And instead of trying to blame it on the state, but I paid YOU as my lawyers though to get the job done correctly ????????????NOT HALF ASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a mistake a public defense attorney would make not a “high-end law firm”. Thank you for SMEARING MY RECORD ! Don’t waste your money here.
