I had the unfortunate occasion to need services of the Crowder Law Firm but I will say they treated me like an individual. They listened and didn't assume I knew what to expect or that I was familiar with the criminal justice system. Once they pulled the records together, they created a plan and set it in motion. COVID slowed things down but they never failed to answer my calls and/or emails. The office team is cordial and efficient. Once I called their office by mistake and hung. They recognized the missed call and called me back! I stress enough that they were responsive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They worked hard on my case and never failed to let me know they cared about the resolution that I wanted. My case was finally dismissed and expunged! By the way, the fee was very reasonable.
