My son was charged with a felony and four misdemeanors. Mr. Mehlos worked very hard on the case and an plea was reached with only two misdemeanors and deferred protection and after 1 year they will be expunged. Thank you so much Corey for your hard work.

I would like to Thank the Casper Mehlos law group for their excellent work. Especially Attorney Mr.Corey Mehlos. I was charged with one felony (F) count and four class (A) misdemeanors with the max sentence of 16 years! Early on ATTY. Mehlos offered a plan in regards of getting this case down to a deferred prosecution and potentially expunged off my record. All said and done we ended with a deferred prosecution plea to two class (A) misdemeanors and after 12 months of good behavior on bond, it will be expunged from the records with no jail time!! Exactly what we had planned from the get-go! Definitely would recommend them to others. Thank you all involved for the great experience, couldn't have asked for a better turnout!!

My family hired Corey to help me with a really serious situation. Due to a mental health issue I was involved in a very dangerous car accident with an off duty police officer. I almost died. I did not mean to hurt anyone except myself and I needed help. I was charged with 2 felony and 3 misdemeanor charges and Corey really helped me along the way with both giving me an opportunity to get all my charges expunged off my record if I successfully completed probation and also to figure out a program where I could work on my issues so nothing like this ever happened again.
